The Opportunity - Independent Contractor

Work remotely as an independent contractor in a 100% commission-based, contingency role with uncapped earning potential. Source and place candidates into permanent full-time roles with our established client partners. This flexible setup is perfect for experienced recruiters with strong healthcare networks who prefer autonomy.

Contingency to Permanent Full-Time Remote Opportunity

This position provides high-performing contingency recruiters with the opportunity to transition into a permanent, full-time remote role. Successful candidates will enjoy a competitive base salary, an uncapped bonus structure, comprehensive benefits, and a company-provided laptop.

Key Responsibilities 

- Independently source and screen top healthcare talent (RNs, Critical Care, Allied Health, etc.) using your own methods and resources. 

- Leverage your networks, LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach to build pipelines. 

- Conduct candidate interviews, verify credentials, and submit qualified profiles to our team. 

- Manage your own workflow while collaborating on client needs.

How You Get Paid - Independent Contractor

- Pure contingency: Compensation only on successful placements—no salary, benefits, or equipment provided. You handle your own tools, expenses, and taxes. 

- Receive 30% of the client placement fee after a 60-day guarantee period (post-start date). 

- Example: Client pays $15,000 for a Critical Care RN placement → You earn $4,500! 

High performers can reach six-figure earnings.

Who We're Looking For 

- Proven healthcare recruiting experience with a track record of permanent placements. 

- Established network of healthcare professionals. 

- Self-motivated, proactive, and fully equipped to work independently (you provide your own computer, internet, and tools). 

- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Requirements

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current State of Texas license or temporary/compact license to practice professional nursing
  • Must have BSN; Minimum 2-3 years experience in an acute care setting that is Labor and Delivery
  • Must have at least 3 years of Acute care RN experience
  • Certified in Basic Life Support
  • Additional certifications may be required based on discipline and/or nursing unit requirements

Job Summary

FT Days

This position performs Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI) procedures to create three dimensional images of tissue, organs and other body parts that are used by radiologists to detect abnormalities, make diagnoses and treat patients.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of an accredited School of Radiologic Technology

License/Certification:

  • Certified in Basic or Advanced Life Support, required
  • Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-MR); or
  • Registered MRI Technologist by the American Registry of Magnetic Resonance Imaging Technologists (ARMRIT)

Experience / Knowledge / Skills:

  • Ability to lift and/or maneuver patients in conjunction with others in order to perform job functions

Principal Accountabilities

  • Performs MRI procedures on patients: Prepares patients for MRI exam, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the MRI scanner, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the scan. 
  • Enters and monitors patient data.
  • Performs quality assurance on magnetic resonance equipment and matrix camera. May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation.
  • Identifies and reports any accidents, complaints or equipment malfunction to department management.
  • Takes emergency call within the department.    
  • Other duties as assigned.

The Application Development Manager is responsible for designing, building, implementing, and supporting both vendor-packaged and custom internal solutions that enhance the core banking platform (Symitar) and other enterprise applications. This role leads the design, development, and delivery of business solutions aimed at optimizing operational efficiency through technology. The manager oversees a team of core developers and collaborates with business units and internal IT teams to deliver enterprise solutions that meet the organization’s operational needs, utilizing software delivery best practices. In addition to possessing excellent problem-solving abilities, strong software engineering discipline, and knowledge in Symitar PowerOn. The Application Development Manager must be an initiator who is self-motivated, creative, agile, and accountable.

Required Skills, Education, and Experience: 

  • 4-year college degree or equivalent work experience; B.S., Computer Science preferred.
  • Six (6) years' experience with financial institution technologies: Jack Henry (Symitar, Synapsys, Synergy, SymXchange, ARCU), MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon, etc.
  • Experience in software development methodologies, version control, and testing practices.
  • Experience in leadership and people management experience with an emphasis on coaching, mentoring, guiding and motivating team members on project and product delivery and career / professional development.
  • Ability to influence executive leadership.
  • Understands the principles of project management practices in an agile and iterative project management methodology.
