Job Overview
As a Labor and Delivery Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing care to expectant mothers during labor and delivery. You will be responsible for monitoring the health of both the mother and the newborn, ensuring a safe and positive birthing experience. This position requires a compassionate individual with strong clinical skills, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Accurately performs patient assessments and identifies patient needs
  • Identifies and initiates appropriate nursing interventions
  • Provides care appropriate to condition and age of the patient
  • Performs timely and appropriate documentation relating to medical necessity in the medical record
  • Responsible for completion and revision of the Interdisciplinary Care Plan for each patient
  • Performs timely and accurate QI assessments

Requirements

  • Current RN license with experience in Labor and Delivery nursing preferred.
  • Strong clinical skills including IV insertion, medication administration, and patient assessment.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Advanced Cardiopulmonary Life Support (ACLS) within six (6) months of hire.
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) within six (6) months of hire.
  • NRP within six (6) months of hire
  • Two (2) to Three (3) years of recent Labor & Delivery nursing experience and One (1) year of Medical/Surgical or Critical Care nursing experience

Summary

Under the supervision of the Cardiopulmonary Services Medical Director and Department Director, the Respiratory Therapist is responsible for providing cardiopulmonary care services in accordance with specific physician's orders, department policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Measures lung capacity and analyzes blood samples using a blood gas analyzer.
  • Delivers and assesses response to ordered therapy per care plan. Monitors, records, and communicates patient condition as appropriate.
  • Evaluates respiratory care policies and procedures based on patient outcomes, current research, and best practices.
  • Responds to codes and calls for emergent assistance. Assesses patient condition and delivers appropriate treatment.
  • Educates the patient and family about the patient's illness and provides information about community support groups and other resources.

The Market Director works in collaboration with the AVP of Operations and facility leadership, focused on implementing strategy and initiatives for provider based and practice operations and growth. Responsible for leadership of one or more Clinic Administrators and/or Clinic Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Support hospital strategy and clinic operations, leading the effective operation of designated clinic(s).
  • Responsible for all aspects of clinic operations and growth, including maintenance of key metrics, financial reviews, and practice growth initiatives and revenue cycle analysis.
  • Interact on a biweekly basis and monthly meetings with providers, ensuring standards of communication and information are met and develop strategy on matters pertaining to clinic operational needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor patients during imaging procedures to ensure safety and comfort
  • Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with HIPAA and radiation safety regulations

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated X-ray Technician to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performing diagnostic imaging procedures, including X-rays, CT scans, and other imaging modalities, while ensuring patient safety and comfort. The X-ray Technician will work closely with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide accurate diagnostic evaluations and contribute to high-quality patient care.

Required Skills

  • One to two years of experience in radiation therapy.
  • Knowledge and Experience with Aria, Eclipse Treatment Planning, and Phillips CT software.
  • Knowledgeable in health care informatics-including the resources, devices and methods to acquire, store and retrieve data. Tools include computers as well as clinical guidelines, current medical terminology, information and communication systems.
  • Possess good communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate the exchange of information with patients, family members, and the radiation oncology treatment team as well as outside entities.
  • Has high level critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Works independently, but in collaboration with the Radiation Oncology team.
  • Has working knowledge of radiation safety principles and practices as well as current rules and regulations of the Nuclear Regulatory Commission and other regulatory agencies

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Associate degree
  • Current Radiation Operator State Certificate, Registered by the American Registry of Radiologic Technology in Radiology

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team at Grace HealthPros, LLC. In this role, you will play a vital part in supporting cardiac procedures and ensuring optimal patient care in a dynamic healthcare environment.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:

· Demonstrates skill and maturity in problem solving, negotiation and conflict resolution.

· Demonstrates ability to make decisions and support rationale, clearly communicate decisions to relevant parties.

· Analyzes own performance in accordance with position expectations. Develops goals and implements a plan to meet those goals. Maintains own knowledge and skills.

CERTIFICATIONS:

  • American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) or Paramedic license in the state of Iowa
  • BCLS, ACLS

EXPERIENCE:

  • Two years prior experience with general vascular and/or coronary angiography preferred.

CERTIFICATE/LICENSE:

· Current Active Iowa RT(R) Licensure or Paramedic license in the state of Iowa
