The Opportunity

Start as a remote Independent Contractor in a contingency recruiting role, proving your skills through successful placements. After an initial evaluation period (based on production and performance), high-performing recruiters will be offered a permanent full-time Healthcare Recruiter position. This includes:

Key Responsibilities

– Source and screen top healthcare talent (RNs, Critical Care, Allied Health, etc.) using company tools, LinkedIn, job boards, and outreach to build robust candidate pipelines.
– Conduct candidate interviews, verify credentials, and prepare qualified profiles for submission to clients.
– Collaborate with the team on client requirements and manage the full recruitment cycle for permanent placements.
– Maintain strong relationships with candidates and clients to ensure successful long-term matches.

How You Get Paid

Permanent Full-Time Role (Upon Successful Evaluation):
– Base salary plus generous bonus/commission with no cap on earnings.
– Full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) and company laptop provided.

Who We’re Looking For

– Proven experience in healthcare recruiting with a track record of successful permanent placements.
– Established network of healthcare professionals.
– Self-motivated, proactive, and skilled in relationship-building.
– Strong communication skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
– For the initial phase: Must be fully equipped to work remotely (your own computer, internet, and tools).
