A rare opportunity is now available for a talented and motivated Catheterization Laboratory Technician (Cath Lab Tech) to join our innovative healthcare team. This is a unique chance for a skilled professional to play a crucial role in patient care and diagnostic procedures, utilizing the latest technology and equipment to make a real difference in people’s lives.

Duties

• Perform catheterization procedures, including diagnostic and interventional procedures under the supervision of a physician.
• Operate and maintain cath lab equipment, ensuring it is in proper working condition and available for procedures.
• Monitor patient’s vital signs during procedures and respond to any adverse reactions.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team, including physicians, nurses, and other technicians to provide the best patient care possible.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked cath lab environment.
• Assist in maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed in a timely manner.
• Stay current with new techniques, equipment, and developments in the field through continuous education and training.

Requirements

• Must have a current CVT, ARRT or RCIS
• Must have 1-2 years experience
• Certified Radiologic Technologist (CRT)
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification
• Experience with cardiac catheterization procedures
• Proficiency with cardiovascular diagnostic equipment
