We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Mammography Technologist to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in medical imaging, particularly in mammography, and will be responsible for performing high-quality imaging procedures to assist in the diagnosis and treatment of breast-related conditions. This role requires a thorough understanding of anatomy, medical terminology, and various imaging techniques, ensuring patient safety and comfort throughout the process.

Responsibilities

  • Performs mammography radiographic exams on patients ensuring compliance with all radiation safety procedures: prepares patients for exam, explains procedure, administers contrast when necessary, positions patients for the exam, selects appropriate imaging techniques, and ensures technical quality of the images.
  • Enters and monitors patient data.
  • Performs quality assurance on mammography equipment. May assist with initial and renewal application for ACR and other accreditation.
  • Identifies and reports any accidents, complaints or equipment malfunction to department management.
  • Takes emergency call within the department.
  • Promotes individual professional growth and development by meeting requirements for mandatory/continuing education and skills competency; supports department-based goals which contribute to the success of the organization; serves as preceptor, mentor and resource to less experienced staff.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Certification as a Mammography Technologist or equivalent qualification.
  • Current license or temporary license by the Texas Medical Board (MRT)
  • Registered Radiology Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-R).
  • Registered Mammography Technologist by the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT-M).
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

The Ambulatory & Physician Services Market Director is responsible for the operational oversight and direction of assigned provider practice(s) and provider based clinic(s). The Market Director works in collaboration with the AVP of Operations and facility leadership, focused on implementing strategy and initiatives for provider based and practice operations and growth. Responsible for leadership of one or more Clinic Administrators and/or Clinic Managers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without a reasonable accommodation.

  • Support hospital strategy and clinic operations, leading the effective operation of designated clinic(s).
  • Responsible for all aspects of clinic operations and growth, including maintenance of key metrics, financial reviews, and practice growth initiatives and revenue cycle analysis.
  • Interact on a biweekly basis and monthly meetings with providers, ensuring standards of communication and information are met and develop strategy on matters pertaining to clinic operational needs.
  • Responsible for ensuring monthly reports are prepared, delivered and reviewed with physician/APPs, reviewing financial performance with providers on a weekly basis.
  • Attend weekly Physician Services meetings and other physician services meetings as necessary. Attend Annual Physician Services meetings.
  • Conduct Quarterly Physician Group (all providers) meetings.
  • Prepare budgets, evaluate historical performance and generate goals for future achievement, and perform action planning as necessary for back to budget variances.
  • Monitor, report on and present financial performance for all assigned providers and clinics and collaborate with Market Director and other clinic leaders to ensure fiscal responsibility and adherence to annual clinic budgets.
  • Provide leadership to Clinic Administrators, including performance management, coaching and talent development, with at least weekly communication.
  • Monitor practices for efficiencies to reduce practice investment to include, but not limited to, accounts receivable oversight, budgeting, charge capture, monthly operating report (MOR) preparation and budget oversight. Monitor practice start-ups to aid in building existing practice revenue through charge capture, fee schedules, and new programs.
  • Implement and effectively manage Market Plan for New patients, driving towards clinic growth.
  • Manage support staff within assigned clinic(s). Responsible for performance reviews and other HR related matters
  • Regular and reliable attendance.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills and/or abilities required.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree; Or any equivalent combination of education, experience and training that provides the required knowledge, skill and abilities. Master’s Degree preferred for larger markets.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years in physician practice management or similar healthcare setting, with specific leadership experience.

Certifications: Certified Medical Practice Executive (CMPE) or FACMPE is preferred.

Minimum Qualifications

Education: Graduate of Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the State of Texas or graduate of an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Program approved by the State of Texas if area of intended practice is Trauma; Master of Nursing preferred.

Acute Care Nurse Practitioner with at least two (2) years’ experience in palliative care or hospice; or Family Nurse Practitioner with Advanced Certified Hospice and Palliative Nurse (ACHPN) certification, or post master’s certificate in Palliative Care required if area of intended practice is Palliative Care/Supportive Medicine.

Licenses/Certifications:

  • Current State of Texas license to practice professional nursing
  • Certification by the American Nurse Credentialing Center or National Certification Center in area of specialty or the American Association of Nurse Practitioners or the American Certification of Critical Care Nurses (AACN) Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Certification
  • Certified in Basic Life Support; current Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) or Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP)

This role requires proficiency in various imaging modalities and an understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, and physiology. Experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or trauma centers is highly desirable.

Duties

  • Perform CT scans and other diagnostic imaging procedures with precision and care.
  • Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures while adhering to aseptic techniques.
  • Collaborate with physicians to determine appropriate imaging protocols based on clinical indications.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of imaging procedures performed.
  • Operate and maintain imaging equipment, ensuring it is functioning correctly and safely.
  • Assist in the training of new staff or interns in CT procedures and protocols.
  • Stay updated on advancements in medical imaging technology and techniques.
  • Participate in quality assurance activities to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • Current certification from the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) or the Nuclear Medicine Technology Certification Board (NMTCB) with advanced certification in CT.
  • Education: Graduate from a School of Radiologic Technology approved by CAHEA/JRCT.
  • Experience: Minimum of five (5) years progressive experience in CT.
  • Leadership: Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a healthcare imaging environment.
  • Relocation: Must be willing to relocate to Vermont.

Key Responsibilities

– Prospect and cold call potential clients (hospitals, rehab centers, behavioral health facilities, nursing homes, etc.) to introduce Grace HealthPros' permanent staffing solutions. 

– Build and nurture relationships with decision-makers in healthcare HR, nursing leadership, and administration. 

– Identify staffing needs, present tailored proposals, and negotiate contracts for permanent placement services. 

How You Get Paid

Initial Independent Contractor Phase (Contingency): 

– 100% performance-based: Earn a generous percentage commission on new client contracts and resulting placement fees. 

– High performers can rapidly achieve six-figure earnings and qualify for full-time transition.

Permanent Full-Time Role (Upon Successful Evaluation): 

– Base salary plus uncapped bonus/commission based on new business obtained – **no cap on earnings**. 

– Full benefits (health, dental, vision, PTO, etc.) and company resources provided.

– Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in healthcare staffing, recruiting, or related services. 

– Established network in the healthcare industry (hospitals, systems, or facilities). 

– Self-motivated hunter mentality with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills. 

– Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities. 

– Ability to work independently in a remote setting. 

– For the initial phase: Must be fully equipped to work remotely (your own computer, internet, and tools).
